As referenced in The Values Manifesto, following a Values audit, and co-creation of a Values Agreement by an organization or collaborative group; a Values Checklist is generated to serve as a rubric or tool against which everyone involved can evaluate current and future actions and communications for Values alignment.
We envision development of an application designed for all communication platforms that would catch and highlight language in conflict with Values-aligned expression. Just as Grammarly highlights spelling and grammar mistakes, in real time, the VALUESBot would do the same for industrial-based and/or Values misaligned language, offering a human centered and values based alternative, in a non-prescriptive way.
Hopefully, with advances in AI. voice recognition and machine learning, one day such an affordance could be developed to provide the same for voice communication.
